The easiest way is to use an app such as Housecurve to generate either a PEQ or convolution file and use it with Roon to correct response anomalies in each room. I have used it in several rooms with success, in particular with speakers stuck in the corner of a room in a bookcase.
There are other more complicated ways to do these measurements and correct response issues but Housecurve is a great way to get started and gives excellent results.
