What could be a reason that the albums are not displayed on my iPad anymore. All operating with latest updates.
Could you give us a little bit more information? What kind of machine is your Roon Server running on? Is it hardwired?
What do you mean with: the albums are not displayed? Could you post a screenshot?
Also: did you try to reboot everything? Roon Server, your router, your iPad.
I have Roon Nucleus here, hardwired.
I gave all a hard reset but no changes.
Luckily I can listen to the music…
You could try this:
- Clear your image cache (under settings → setup)
- Clear Roon Server’s cache (I don’t have a Nucleus myself, but I believe this can be done via the web access of a Nucleus… type in the IP address of your server into a web browser and see what’s on the menu)

I cleared all as indicated above, but unfortunately the result is similar.
Although indicated that all settings were lost with the clearing action, a new challenge is to get the back-up active again. Won’t accept the location anymore and being not an extreme digital network specialist it is hard to define the correct route… to my perspective it was easier in the past when I succeeded easily.
Switching off the vpn is giving already a better performance, some album displays are popping up again!
Clearing caches should not delete any settings. So if that happened, something else is going on.
But indeed, I see lots of posts here regarding problems that occur with VPNs, so that might be your issue aswell.
