I have Vangelis - Soil Festivities on my server but Roon displays it as a whole album and then separate tracks. I don’t know why. I have uploaded screenshots for anyone who can help me.

This is by design. “Soil Festivities” is considered to be a single work consisting of 5 parts (movements).
It’s similar to how Roon treats symphonies, e.g.:
