Perhaps you might need to ask Samsung what they have done to the network stack on 11. There have been many issues with networking and 11 Google and you’ll find them. So not sure what Roon can do. If it worked ok before you upgraded then the issue is with Samsung’s implementation of Android 11 not Roon itself.
