I don’t have a Zen, but, there might be a setting turning it being a Roon endpoint on or off?

Yes there is, those were turned on. After factory reset the Zen, it no longer works. Guess it’s broken. Time to file a warranty claim with my CC. Only slightly over 1.5 years old. Standard Warranty is 1 year. Guess I’ll be more careful buying future iFi products.
