Anyone purchase Interstellar soundtrack from Qobuz (Hi Res) and was given the wrong version (CD Res)?

Good question. Here’s what they said;

Frankly, I’m not sure why a different browser would effect how the PC app behaves.

All very odd. FWIW, I’ve just bought the Deluxe version for myself, downloaded it using the Qobuz app, and the 24bit version duly arrived…

What OS and browser do you use?

I’m using Windows 10 with Edge. I don’t know why that would make a difference as Qobuz suggested, but I’m not very computer savvy.

Oh well, the TAR method was easier anyway, so I’ll stick with that going foward.

It’s going to remain a mystery, I guess. At least I was able to download the correct version I purchased; just had to jump through some hoops.

On a more positive note, love the soundtrack. Sounds great on my Maggies + sub! :smiley:

I am going to buy the same album later on, Ill report my experience.
