Can an Apple TV and HomePod be RAAT endpoints or are they limited to Airplay endpoints? I have a Yamaha receiver in my living room which I can stream Airplay to and a cheap Yamaha wireless speaker in kitchen which I use as an airplay endpoint. I was thinking if the Apple TV and HomePod could be RAAT end points it might be an upgrade.
AppleTV and HomePod are always Airplay only. They do not have the RAAT protocol implemented.
