Similar to the black screen bug, with this build it often happens that when you bring ARC back to the foreground it’s impossibile to resume a song that had previously been paused.
I try to press the play button several times with the only result of having the spinning wheel for a fraction of a second.
Again, the only way to fix the problem is to force the ARC interruption and reopen the application.
Hi @Daniele_Piancastelli !
Thanks for flagging this. Do you remember, by chance, what was the output zone when you paused the playback (or tried to resume)?
Was it the phone’s speaker, BT headphones, or any USB-connected DAC?
Did you interact with other applications (eg. Spotify, Qobuz, etc.) while the playback was paused?
How long was ARC in the paused state? Did you get any notification/incoming call when it was paused?
I mainly use Android Auto, but yesterday it also happened with Bluetooth headphones.
I generally use other apps when I put ARC in the background, but maybe a couple of times it happened even without using other apps but I’m not sure.
When I noticed this behavior I never received phone calls but notifications certainly did because the time that the app was in the background varied from a few minutes to tens of minutes.
If you have the opportunity to investigate the ARC logs, then you can check those from yesterday July 15th between 7pm and 9pm CET.
I recorded the video I attached when ARC was connected to Android Auto and, an hour later, it happened when Bluetooth earphones were connected.
