Hi all,
This is an ongoing issue for so long and it is still happening to me almost everytime I commute and my phone‘s network changes from WiFi to mobile.
I start an album at home and leave. After that first track finishes ARC playback stops and it says it has nothing to play because it has skipped the entire remaining album/queue. This is very very annoying but has gained no real interest by the support staff.
Does anyone else experience this?

Are you talking about this?
I’ve been using ARC, largely successfully, since launch.
As many of you know, I run Roon on my Synology NAS, where I also have Audio Station/DS Audio running alongside Roon as a secondary platform.
My house is in a cell service shadow, and with DS Audio, I got into the habit of starting DS Audio on my phone on WiFi before leaving the house, so that I could be sure that I could get some music buffered and going from my driveway until I got cell signal again. This always worked well with DS Audi…
Then yes.

This morning I had a similar issue to ones that were reported a while back of current playback queue being skipped when changing networks.
I had a queue of 59 remaining tracks. I switched from my home WiFi to mobile and when the current playing track finished the ARC app showed no items playing.
I could access the queue and see the 59 skipped tracks but trying to play one of them I got the error message „unexptectedplaybackissue“.
I had to select a track not in the queue to make ARC playback …
This issue has been present in previous versions as well and I cannot consistently reproduce it unfortunately.
When I switch from my home network to the mobile network with ARC already playing some music sometimes after the current track ends it stops playback claiming the cue is empty and there is nothing to play. Opening the cue view I can see that ARC simply skipped over all remaining tracks in the cue.
I also cannot simply tap on what would have been the next track there. This results in t…
