Description of Issue -

What is the exact port forwarding error message you see in the Roon Settings → ARC tab?

In the roon App it sais Roon Arc is “ready”
ipv6 Adress is right
ipv4 Adress is right
port is set to 55002 (set this automaticly on “reset”)

Roon ARC on Mobile Phone works in WLAN but does not find the Core via Cellular
It sais: “Your core is not configured for access from outside of your network”

Kind regards
Christian

Hi @Christian_Meissner,

Thank you for your post.

First off, try augmenting the port assignment in Roon → Settings → ARC from 55002 to something different. First, increase by a few hundred, then try a range of several thousand. It’s possible that Deutsche Telekom or third-party software elsewhere in your LAN has reserved the range ARC is automatically configuring to use.

If that’s not effective, then try disabling either IPv4 or IPv6 alternatingly. If there is CG-NAT in place on the IPv4-format address, then we’ll want to default to IPv6. If the router is inadvertently switching to IPv6 somewhere between your Server and the upstream connection to ARC, we’ll want to limit its ability to do so.

I recommend attempting to create a manual port forwarding rule in your Fritzbox web administration as a last troubleshooting step, matching the IP and port assignment from the ARC settings page in Roon.
