Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm the model/manufacturer and ISP of your network setup? What error message do you see listed in Roon Settings → ARC, can you post it here or share a screenshot? Does the ARC app work as expected on WiFi? Have you ensured that port forwarding is correctly configured on your routers?
