I think it’s very similar to the situation I faced.
Probably because QNAP’s QuFirewall is functioning properly.
As a test, temporarily turn off QuFirewall.
If that helps, the next thing you should do is allow the port you’re trying to open for ARC in QuFirewall.

I have done what you told me and I was able to connect the ARC mode and it works on my iPhone.

From here I would like to ask the Roon technicians to implement the “Spanish” language in the Roon ARC app.
