Sorry to hear about your issues trying to get ARC connected. Do you have another router as well as the Orbi, like the ISP modem? If so, you might have a double NAT situation. If you could set one or the other into bridge mode, that might get things working for you.
Support will be along to also help but some additional information would be helpful.
Hi, Rugby
First of all thanks for responding.
We are from Belgium (Flemish part) and live on a schip, and sailing in Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
So we have only 4G from the provider SFR (France)
We have a second sim-card in the Huawei B315s-22 4G LTE Router, the first is in my iPhone XS Max.
The ORBI80 is connected witch a ethernet cable to the router, and there are 2 ORBI satellites, so we have internet all over the ship.
We have no additional routers.
On my iPhone I have VPN, but disable it for ARC connection, with the MacBook Pro, I have the same problem, no connection.
And as a Roon Core I use The NucleusPlus with internal SSD from 4TB, and is connected to the ORBI80 with a ethernet cable.
Within the Ship I have no problem connecting to the Nucleus via WIFI, both with the Roon app, or the ARC app
hope you have enough info to delve further into my problem.
