ARC Connectivity after ISP change

I recently changed ISP (I’m in UK) and now cannot get ARC to work at all.
I get the following error under diagnostics. {
“ipv6_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“ipv4_connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“109.hhh.iii.jjj”,“actual_external_ipv6”:“2a00:aaa:bbb:ccc:auv:avw:awx:agh”,“router_external_ip”:“null”},
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”}
}

I have checked my router is setup for upnp which it is and I can still access my security cameras over wifi (which I couldnt if there was a upnp error.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

have you tried adding in the port for roon arc manually? upnp isnt perfect.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I had tried that but didn’t realise I had to disable upnp to do so.
Got it working now though. Thanks very much.
