Have your tried another port range, such as 44000, or 58000? These ranges tend to be unreserved by ISPs, but in your case your ISP may be using or reserving a block in the 55000 range .

The router is Livebox+ from Jazztel, connected via ethernet.

I tried to disable IPv6 on my router and it was not possible. I have contacted the technical assistance of my ISP and they have deactivated it for me. Immediately ARC automatically connected on reboot. Thank you very much for the help. Kind regards and Merry Christmas.
