Your router seems to have UPnP disabled and you don’t have a manual port forwarding rule set up. You need one or the other one the router. This may get you started:

It also appears you have an IPv6 address. You will need to get an IPv4 address from your ISP.
Is this why I keep getting a poor connection message?

It’s working now but seems quite dependent on the internet connection
With that error message from above it shouldn’t be working at all

Yes, the error message is gone and it works now. Creating the pinhole in my firewall was the fix.
