Your router seems to have UPnP disabled and you don’t have a manual port forwarding rule set up. You need one or the other one the router. This may get you started:
Overview Roon ARC is designed to connect to your Roon Core from outside your home. This allows you to access your Roon Core on the go so you can play your files and streaming content, in addition to updating your library, playlists, favorites, and...
Your router’s manual should tell the details of how to set it up. Tell us your router model if you can’t figure it out.

It also appears you have an IPv6 address. You will need to get an IPv4 address from your ISP.

Is this why I keep getting a poor connection message?
Hi @David_Manzi ,
Welcome to this forum, a fellow community member here. To help you with your Arc issue please provide info about your setup. Especially the routers/modems, switches in your setup. Also what is your ISP.
Kind regards,
Maarten
It’s working now but seems quite dependent on the internet connection

With that error message from above it shouldn’t be working at all Has the error message changed?
Yes, the error message is gone and it works now. Creating the pinhole in my firewall was the fix.
Thanks to all for the support!
