ARC on iPhone - All downloaded material has been deleted following 'SSO Test' [Ticket In]

Following the SSO forced logout and re-login, all my Downloaded content on ARC has gone.
Not good

Could you provide me with a list of what was downloaded, so I can reinstate it for off-line listening, please.

You can see it in ARC/my library/albums or ARC/my library/playlists and filter with the download symbol.

Thanks - I don’t believe Roon ARC has actually deleted the downloaded content, as the storage usage for the App is still huge, however, re-loading seems to be duplicating the content and using further storage.
What a mess.

for me (IOS), reloading don’t duplicating the content.

Yes ARC was completely reset for me upon re-logging back in and had to re-sync. Luckily I didn’t have downloaded content.

ARC does seems to be downloading the re-tagged content to the iPhone without taking additional space for the app.
But it does not seem to be a speedy progress (to bulk reload content) and the progress indicator is not clear whether it is downloading, what % is complete etc.
I believe if the consequence of the SSO logout mechanism triggers the off-line content to be de-authorised but not removed from the device’s local storage, where the required storage is still allocated to & associated with the AR. app, there needs to be a better recovery mechanism.

I’m seeing the same behaviour post the SSO logout/login. The app is using 19gb of space but no downloads showing in list.

As mentioned above filtering the album view recognises the albums that should be available offline. I’m not seeing any evidence of Roon ARC re-downloading the files/syncing automatically.

I’ve now manually selected several albums to re-download and the total storage space used has gone up a bit, so hopefully it is mostly just overwriting the old files. I expect some of the tags have been updated since I first downloaded them, so in these situations the files may not be rewritten.

I’ve held off using ARC as my primary source of downloaded music for offline music for this very reason, but hope Roon will sort it out eventually.

A mechanism for downloading in bulk would also be appreciated.
