Attempted to listen to some music today. ARC displayed an error message (too brief to comprehend before it disappeared), then pretended that I was logging in for the first time.
Was able to log into ARC, which then attempted to sync with my server “for the first time”, then failed.
Uninstalled/re-installed ARC. Now get either a black screen or the ARC logo which never goes away. App completely non-functional.
All very disappointing, please can you suggest how I might troubleshoot this issue.
