Hi @desbiss ,

The team looked over your ticket and they had a few follow-up questions. Can you please let us know:

  1. What is the exact model/manufacturer of the dock connector that you are using?
  2. Looking over an earlier screenshot, it looks like you are trying to do Airplay to the dock adapter, is this accurate?
  1. When you perform this switch in ARC, you are manually selecting the Airplay indicator and then switching over to the dock connector, or does it automatically switch?
