In Roon (not ARC) can you go to Settings → ARC.
As a troubleshooting step, I would recommend rebooting your network router as it may be caching data pertaining to your old Roon setup.

ARC is attempting to sync to the non-existent database.
If you’ve migrated your RoonServer machine, you’ll need to reinstall ARC to re-associate ARC’s version of the database with the new server.
I’ve uninstalled the Arc app on my iphone and downloaded a new one.
Same issue and also getting this
