ARC won't connect to server

Set up a new Roon Core last night on a headless intel NUC pointing to my Music Folder on my Synology NAS.

Everything working as it should with Roon, however with when opening ARC i am getting the following

Hi @Scott_Hughes,

I’ve moved your post over to ARC: Port Forwarding Help

In Roon (not ARC) can you go to Settings → ARC.

  • What is the ARC status?
  • Post a copy of the “diagnostic data for Roon support”.

As a troubleshooting step, I would recommend rebooting your network router as it may be caching data pertaining to your old Roon setup.

Hi @Scott_Hughes,

ARC is attempting to sync to the non-existent database.

If you’ve migrated your RoonServer machine, you’ll need to reinstall ARC to re-associate ARC’s version of the database with the new server.

I’ve uninstalled the Arc app on my iphone and downloaded a new one.

Same issue and also getting this
