Hi @Joachim_Roselio

Welcome to Roon.

I’m a fellow user here to offer help.

The error message you post states there’s a multiple nat issue.

A few questions.

  1. who is your ISP? Some ISP’s implement carrier grade NAT which causes an issue.

  2. do you have more than one router? If you use your ISP supplied router with a secondary router this can cause the same effect as CG-Nat as above. You’d need to put your ISP router in bridge mode or out port forwarding rules into both router.

The error shows 2 LAN IP ranges. 192.168.1.xxx & 192.168.68.xxx so I think 2) above is most likely the issue.

If you post make and model of both ISP and secondary router we can help you

Thank you for replying! I really think that Roon should provide a customer service number for a piece of software costing nearly a thousand dollars. Thankfully you were kind enough to respond.

1 The internet provider is Bluestream https://www.bluestreamfiber.com

2 I have one ISP supplied router and three of my own TP link x20 MESH units dispersed throughout the house.

I believe these screenshots will aid you to pop the TP-Link X20 mesh units into bridge mode (Access Point).

Using the TP-Links app

I read the the instructions before posting. It is still not working.

Edit: thanks Menzies! That did the trick!
