If I download all my local music to ARC, will I be able to sync it with my main library? For example if I remove, replace, edit or delete an album. I use smart downloads and a large enough limit.
Do I have to manually update?
I have never tried, but if you enable smart downloads and set “Storage” to max and you have enough space on your phone, then you should get all albums downloaded.
Yes. That’s why there is a delete option in ARC for fines you have on the server:
However, there is no way to edit anything in ARC except the favorite 
option and adding to / removing from the library.
But if I delete, modify or add an album in Roon?

I haven’t tested this rigorously. My guess is that it may sync automatically but it’s just a guess
I only have local music but yes. Anytime I add or delete or change something in Roon, Arc will automatically update when it is connected. You can trigger an update by swiping down on the home page in arc (with IOs at least).
