The stereo plug is (I believe) called “TRS” – Tip, Ring, Shank.
I’m trying to work out what to call that one for Atmos. Hm…

The Dolby atmos plus is called “TRS 80”- for the full effect.
Note - now I wonder how many here know a trs 80 really is?

And for the record Atmos is a digital format and uses HDMI which is a whole different ball of wax
But we have seen that one before, in fact and IIRC I was the one that posted

I learned my first program and showed my first programming teacher to be wrong on a Trash 80.
Bubble sorts on a auburn screen before it had burn in.
Learned how a drivers license number in my state was generated. I had to automate it for the final.
Suddenly I am feeling old.
