What? 90% of music on Qobuz is from tapes? Where on earth did you get that? It is not remotely true. I would be shocked if 1% is from tape.

I very much enjoy old masters of rock/jazz music compared to horrid digital versions of the same. But the format itself will lose to that $9 dongle. Tape hiss is most definitely there. And so is distortion although a lot of it gets masked. If the mastering was not better, there would be zero fidelity advantage to it. They are however wonderful to look at when playing music.
