Aurender N20 with external dCS Master clock does not lock when using Roon

Concerns Aurender N20 RoonReady streamer used with the dCD Vivaldi DAC and dCS Vivaldi Clock
a Aurender Dongle is connected to the Clock and all clock cables are Shunyata Alpha 75Ohm.

1- Playback with the Aurender app from the internal SSD and using the internal clock works as it should, the dongle switches perfectly to another frequency and also indicates this correctly on the display of the N20.

2- Playback with Roon and using the internal clock works as it should, the dongle switches perfectly to another frequency and also indicates this correctly on the display of the N20.

Now I enable the use of an external clock in the Audrender app.
This is the dCS Vivaldi Master Clock.

1- Playback with the Aurender app from the internal SSD and using the external dCS clock works as it should, the dongle switches perfectly to another frequency and also indicates this correctly on the display of the N20.

2- Playback with a Roon W11 PC and using the external dCS clock does not lock the clock frequency correctly. And there is a line through the tekst on the display.

I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work properly.
The strange thing is when I pick up the next track on the same album it is still not good and when I go back to the first song it is SOMETIMES good again.

The Aurender app also indicates that it is NOT CORRECT. (At the external clock on/off settings)

Maybe someone else with a similar combination has this too?
The chance is small but if you don’t ask??

Aurender technical support:
We’ve identified the issue as a bug related to the front display UI on the Aurender. Although the system correctly receives the clock signals, the display is not reflecting the accurate information. We have documented this bug and included it in our list of issues to address in a future software update

I have to start over.
After a lot of testing I found out that I did not connect the clock to the N20 correctly.
The image below shows how it should be.
In combination with the dongle the RS232 Mode position on the clock should be set to “B”.
instelling RS232 mode

When using the Aurender app without Roon everything plays perfectly and every sample frequency changes exactly as it should.
Sounds fantastic!
Now I switch on Roon and now the dongle no longer switches the sample frequency.
The clock frequency always remains at the last frequency that I played with the Aurender app before I switched on Roon in the Aurender app.
I can fix that by upsampling everything to 176KHz in Roon.
I told Aurender this but got no response, maybe Roon has a solution?
For a Roonready device of 14,000, - you can expect something…
