I have the same issue on Win11 Pro. There’s a workaround though: navigate to “%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Roon\Application\200001228” and launch Roon.exe from there.
You have to download and reinstall 1228 over your existing updated version on W10 and W11 devices. There is something affecting the earlyaccess 1228 updater installation, but downloading and re-installing repaired eveyrthing.
Please post issues occuring after earlyaccess updates in #early-access as recommended by the earlyaccess help page. This will alert to the developers to new issues and avoids confusing users of regular builds
