I drilled into My artists, selected one and played an album.
At the end of the album I hit the < in the upper left corner to go back.
Now I see 0 of my 822 artists. I see no filters applied.
My Albums, My tracks are all populated correctly.
Closing and restarting the application repopulates the page.
When I now boot Roon it takes considerably longer to find my core and sync. How long? I can’t say, but long enough to make mental note to mention it. In the am, pre coffee . . . time is flexible.
