I can play the Qobuz new releases (2 June 2023) just fine from Roon if I don’t add them to my library.
If I add the release to my library all tracks show as “Unavailable” and I am unable to play. I guess this could be a Qobuz issue.
I have performed normal trouble shooting steps, restarted Roon, Qobuz logout/login etc.

Which new releases?
This week for the first time in quite a while all of my newly added Qobuz albums, June 2 additions are showing up and playable via Roon and in my library.
All of them? At least so far every one that I have been testing with - Norah Jones, Noel Gallagher, Speakers Corner, Ben Folds, Cowboy Junkies, WITCH.
I normally add new releases to my library while drinking coffee before work on a Friday morning, this is the first time that I have seen this.

Lol, well none of those I have added so let me try a couple.

Just added Norah Jones and Witch and hit the sync now under settings:services: Qobuz which is how I always do it and both now in my library and showing all tracks available

I also added Bob Dylan, Foofighters, Joan Jett and all tracks available.
Hmmm, maybe its a Qobuz CDN thing that is more regional in nature… I’ll wait and see if it clears up. As I say, this is not a normal experience that I have.

Ok maybe that’s the difference as I’m Qobuz USA.
And here’s me quite happy as it’s not been the normal for myself for all to show available first try😋

I had this problem with the new Foo Fighters album this week. Some tracks were released ahead of the full album, so the remaining tracks correctly showed “unavailable”. When the album was released, this flag wasn’t removed, so only the pre-release tracks could be played on Roon despite them being playable on Qobuz. Removing the album from my library and adding it back did the trick.

That’s very common Nick, I hesitate to say normal but I have that every time with a pre release album with a few teaser tracks.
My methodology there is to delete said album the night before new actual full release day and then add it as a total new album on release day.
Thanks guys, the symptoms are no longer presenting themselves. I suspect a regional delay in the CDN somewhere. I did go back and look through some of the log files for the time when I was experiencing this and could see some 404 errors for the albums in question for some RoonLabs URLs but as I say it’s behaving itself right now.
