B1280/1292 AirPlay endpoint music consistently stops,

Zeppelin Air wirelessly connected to ASUS RP-AX58 WiFi range extender.
RT-AX88U connected to RP-AX58 via 5GHz band.

I have an old B&W Zeppelin Air, since B1280 any music played to this unit consistently stops but the progress bar on Roon shows that the music is still playing.

I’ll point out that the unit kept dropping off of my network before B1280 and I had added an ASUS AiMesh AP in the kitchen near to the Zeppelin as I live in an old house with double brick interior walls. With the last 6 or so builds the Zepp Air will randomly disappear from the network overnight if my Wi-Fi network is turned off but up until B1280, music played without issue.

Logs were taken about two minutes after this had happened.

Could someone from Roon please look into this issue or should I post it in support instead.

I was actually thinking it maybe the fact that my Zeppelin Air is 12 years old and perhaps the wi-fi is on its way out but I retrieved a Bowers & Wilkins A7 from our holiday home, which isn’t anywhere near as old or used as much.

I connected it to my home network, I have an ASUS RT-AX88U at both premises and it has always worked without issue on the router before.

But the issue persists with the A7, I have now tried to Zeppelin Air and A7 with TIDAL, Apple Music and using the the Apple Remote app connected to my iTunes library which resides on my MacPro connected to the home network.
In each of these instances music played without issue but as soon as I use Roon, music will stop within minutes, usually in less than a minute but the progress bar still moves as though the music is still playing.

Please take a look at my logs, at least to let me know if it is somehow a network issue and not Roon related. I do most of my listening in the kitchen and Roon is now useless for me.

It occurred to my ageing brain that I also have a B&W Formation Flex in my home office, which is obviously Roon Ready but I enabled it as an AirPlay endpoint in audio settings and set music playing.

Music did occasionally stop but the progress bar did not continue to move. I also linked the A7 and Formation Flex into a zone and also had occasional stoppages but nothing like the severe issues with just the A7 and Zeppelin Air.

I’ve been using the Formation Flex for the last hour and I decided to transfer the music over to the A7. I could not get music to initiate at all on the A7 and decided to take further logs for your teams perusal.

This was at 11:15am ACST.

You can also see that both the A7 and Zeppelin are of the old Wi-Fi “g” standard, I wonder if this is having something to do with the issue.

Believing this to be a home network related issue, I spent much of Sunday resetting my home router and wi-fi network.

I reset the Asus RT-AX88U to its default settings and re-attached the 12 wireless items in my home.
Unfortunately this hasn’t helped in any way whatsoever.
