This happened before and there was a potential fix but I guess not really
Third reboot seems to have cleared it

Spoke too soon…now crashing the PC and won’t uninstall 
Deleted everything and reinstalled and is working now.

If it wouldn’t uninstall, does that mean that you had to invoke the registry editor in addition to deleting Roon’s files and folders?
Just deleting the database locations worked.
As I had a new server I’ve had to delete all three arc installs and their many hours of downloads, so it’s benn a delete fest.
