Has anyone else not gotten B149 yet in the Play Store? We can’t download the APK either since the link is broken.

Between now and then, please share a working download link for the APK. This should not be difficult. :-/

We do that usually, but this time several coincidences have happened that led to the result you saw. The link is fixed now, but the app is still In Review in Play Store
