That was happening many builds ago and was successfully fixed until latest build:
Now again when ARC (on Android) doesn’t have Core connection it’s impossible to see tracks in majority of downloaded albums. The exception are the albums that were recently being played when ARC was connected to Core.

This continues in 150.
You have to go pine with a WiFi connection and tap on each album/playlist and wait for them to show up.

Ditto on iOS.
Streaming is cost prohibitive where I live.
I’ve never had a problem like this with any other player I’ve used.
