Running B1670 on a Samsung S5E with Android 15 running under LineageOS. The tablet is used only for Roon. I’m noticing that I’m frequently having to toggle Full Screen off/on to reinstate when leaving the tablet unattended, otherwise the taskbar is visible. Haven’t noticed this in the past, perhaps related to the recent rewrite? Admittedly this combination of software/hardware may not be fully supported but thought best to mention it.
Any chance you could reproduce it and get me the log files from the device? I can’t make any promises, but I’d like to at least see if we can see what is going on.
Sure - inevitably, as soon as I posted this, it hasn’t happened since, so it may well just be a local/temporary issue. Can you point me at how to send you the logs if it recurs? Thanks.
Edit: Just recurred - Roon (client) crashed, then on restart full screen is selected but it is no longer actually full screen.
Hi, @dhusky, I submitted a diagnostics report which will be fulfilled when you launch the Roon Remote app on the affected Android device. Could you please launch the app?
Thanks!

Thanks @ivan - done. When I went back to the tablet it was again no longer displaying as full screen. Quitting and restarting was the same - I had to toggle full screen mode for it to work again.
Just chiming in here. I am on production build 1673 running on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 and seeing this same behavior. On startup, Roon is supposed to be full screen but is not. I have to exit then re-enable full screen to get rid of the taskbar. Running Android 12.
Just to update that this issue persists on the current B1675. Essentially the setting needs toggling whenever the app is restarted.
