Urgh The banner is ugly and I already know that I am offline, because I am in airplane mode and my phone already shows me the respective notification in its notification bar. I never thought it was “missing”.
If there really are signification use cases where users are confused about ARC behavior in airplane mode and we need the redundant notification within the app, can’t we have some graphic nuance rather than that ugly grey bar?

The same as when you enable Offline Mode within ARC.
Edit: I avoided doing that and was happy that airplane mode didn’t show it.
(I don’t have an expensive data plan, and I think the Offline Mode in ARC is primarily for avoiding charges for ARC’s background data updates. It uses much more data than just the music streaming)
