The link to BBC Radio 4 LW no longer works. I don’t know when that happened but the BBC have stated that the service would be closing.

The LW platform is owned and operated by a third party. It is coming to the end of its life as a technology.

With the continued migration of listening from Longwave to other platforms offering enhanced quality listening such as FM, DAB and online, it is anticipated that the Longwave service will cease at some point in the future. A decision on when this will happen has not yet been made

I can’t find any alternative links that still work, so I’ll remove the station in the database.

Looks like the wind down is underway. The programmes which used to be exclusively on R4 Long Wave, such as Yesterday in Parliament and the Daily Service, are now carried on the DAB Radio 4 Extra channel. This is available on BBC Sounds.
