Someone credited the 180 Gs on all tracks and the album:
They are a contemporary experimental band that recorded a tribute to the original album:

In addition, „Captain Beefheart“ is credited on 2 tracks, and „Don Van Vliet“ is credited on 25, which makes no sense as they are the same person. It comes because both artists exists. They both link to the same Wikipedia bios but only one has a TiVo bio.
