Best way to find/replace TIDAL albums with MQA version

Hi
I am now the proud owner of a Meridian 218 and finally enjoying some MQA goodness.

My problem is that I have a pile of Tidal albums already that are in my Roon library as FLACs. What is the easiest way of replacing these with the MQA version, where available? Is it a one-by-one manual process? Or is there a more efficient way that someone has discovered?
