Big UI issue on iPads with no home button

I recently started using a12.9 iPad Pro, which (annoyingly) doesn’t have a home button. Instead you have to swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get the home screen or dock. Trouble is, this control is close to the elapsed time/waveform element on the bottom of the Roon UI. About 50% of the time I end up accidentally hitting this and jumping to the middle of the song.

I hope that you could add a little more space to the UI in a future release?

Cheers,
Muski

This has caught me out a few times too! I have got better at it (had the iPad for about 6 weeks now I guess) so it does get easier!

Me three. Hardly a big issue, but it is indeed annoying when it happens.

Glad to know I’m not the only one! I re-posted this over in the feature requests section—probably belongs there.

Same here, happens on my iPhone as well. You get accustomed to swiping more accurately eventually :slightly_smiling_face:

Netflix has just introduce a “Lock Interface” button that stops misguided touches from interfering with your media consumption. Seems like that would be a good option for Roon on iPad and iPhone.
