Hi,
The last album (Hit me hard and soft) does not appear in Qobuz/Roon
WHY ?
Because it happens every Friday… Qobuz releases for major artists are rarely working on Friday morning.
I added and listened on Tidal this morning, still not showing up on Qobuz for me.
It is available at Qobuz, but not visible to Roon
From the Help article on Qobuz:
Why aren’t the latest albums on Qobuz available in Roon?
When you’re browsing Qobuz in Roon, you’re seeing Roon’s Qobuz database, not a direct pass-through of what’s shown on Qobuz – that’s why there’s so much more metadata, like recording dates, lyrics, links to composers, credits, etc.
This is also why Roon can sometimes be slightly behind Qobuz when a brand new release comes out – our database is generated daily, but sometimes a new album will just barely miss the cutoff and will show up in a day or two.
When this happens you can add the new release directly in the Qobuz app. It will then appear in your Roon library.
Well I only use Qobuz in Roon, so that’s what I meant. It always an issue between Qobuz and Roon and has been annoying many user’s for a long time.
It is a bummer “feature” of Roon. Each Friday morning I build a new playlist in Roon using the Qobuz Grand Selection new releases then listen throughout the weekend. I am sure there are quite a few albums that slip through my fingers using this technique. I went to my Qobuz app and found the Eilish album this afternoon to listen to it.
I still can’t find my Qobuz version of new Billie E album in Roon!

Not having new releases available in Roon is a drag, for sure. I am quite used to Roon not having some of the new releases that are available on release day, but I was actually quite surprised that her new album was one of those missing. It seems like one of the titles that you would want to make sure your subscribers have access to.
Hit Me Hard and Soft is now available on Qobuz in Roon.
Having a 15y old daughter I had to buy it the moment it was released on Thursday night. Interestingly it had the wiki info immediately in Roon once imported
Not to be too off topic but it’s a very well engineered album as usual.
