If I understand your post correctly, you have a grouped Zone with two Bluesound Flex 2i units? Are your BlueSound units on the most recent firmware? If so, please see here: NAD/Bluesound Grouped Zones out of sync, stopping playing, and/or skipping tracks [Investigating]
A recent BluOS update correlates to when these symptoms started appearing for users. We’re investigating internally and with our Partners team and will follow up once we know more.
