Bookmarks order not synced

I noticed that you have to manually sort your bookmarks if you want them in a specific order for each device - that’s to say the order I’ve put them in on my desktop isn’t replicated on my mobile (android).

Seems weird although I guess some users may prefer a different order on different devices?

No, I don’t think there’s an option for this yet. I’ve requested something along this line last year:

Bookmarks: save (customized) positions globally (or per profile)

It would be nice if (rearranged) bookmark positions would sync across devices. Currently, it seems custom sorts have to be done on a per device basis - sorts I apply on my Macbook don’t appear on the Android tablet used as another control point. Maybe if - one day - bookmarks are profile specific the sort order could be saved too.
