Qnap TVS 421 latest 521

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

All wired Except remotes

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Meridian, Bluesound Cat 5e

Description Of Issue

Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The app updated and the only partially loads. The app does find the core.
The app is unresponsive at this stage. See photo
Then the app crashes and takes me back to the play store screen.

Which version of Android are you running on the tablet?

Is the behavior the same if you uninstall and re-install the Roon Android app?

I have re installed the app to no avail.
Android 7.1.1
I ran a maintenance program which flagged up Roon draining excess battery.

I’ve just enabled diagnostics mode for your tablet, can you please open the Roon app on this device and let it sit for a few minutes? Once you have opened it please let me know so that I can check our servers for any diagnostics reports from this device, thanks!

Hi, I have just opened the app on this device at 23.11 UK time

The app crashed a few times, so you should find something there.
