My post is from 2016. Poor sound with Roon was temporary. Never really went back to Amarra: Their program was, and still is, a hot mess IMHO. I found it buggy especially in the sense that it would not find or load the majority of Artists, Albums, Playlists. I still feel that way even with the most up to date version. Their “support” was substandard as well, basically telling me that despite issues with loading my Tidal content (among other issues) things should be working. Dismissive and not helpful.
