I am able to build decent quality i7 based Nuc, 16gb memory with m2 pro ssd for around $700. Is this configuration enough to support DSP and also to support future formats like 5.1 or 7.1? Not sure if these two features depend on any additional hardware or depends on cpu/memory specs. Appreciate input.
I think it’s safe to say, any i7 NUC is powerful enough to run dsp and surround. Have a look at the list here:
