I’m using the MXN10 streamer in combination with roon and a tidal max subscription.
Is there any news or iformation about when we can expect a tidal connect update for the device presumably via the streammagic app?
Tidal in combination with chromecast seems to play max/flac files already whilst Tidal Connect always chooses the MQA or “high” versions.

My guess is that Cambridge will need to upgrade the MXN10’s firmware. Same goes for the other streamers like my CXNV2. After that a StreamMagic update I think.
My Bluesound Node X got Tidal Max support in early December last year when using Tidal Connect using the Tidal app.
I am not sure if its BluOS does so now, since I have quit with Tidal.
Maybe ask CA support , they are normally are very helpful ? I think @SandsOfArrakis is right though some hardware/firmware hasn’t caught up with Tidal’s move away from MQA, my Naim is the same
