Can I configure RoPieee for the Adafruit Speaker Bonnet using Pi 4?

No, there’s not. This particular solution does not exactly follow the ‘standard way’ of doing things with a HAT.

Not sure what you’re exactly looking for, but there are other cheap DAC/AMP HATs out there. If you’re into the DIY part of it, then I friendly suggest you use another software solution then RoPieee, as it is clearly not intended for DIY.
