Not that I am aware of it’s a fixed menu.
I don’t think so either. I think some level of customization like this would be very valuable to many users. My preference would be to be able to create my own home page and take bookmarks and tags and such and have them be direct links rather than drop downs.
No but you could add to this feature request.
