Can’t find the album in KKBOX through roon [Investigating]

Description of Issue

I can’t find some albums in KKBOX . Even that I pressed like(heart) button in KKBOX app, it still couldn’t appear on KKBOX “My Library”.
Is it a bug or something go wrong with my roon ?

I cannot find the highlighted album in Roon B1280 - KKBOX either, even though it’s available in KKBOX native app (with more albums for the same artist).
