Can’t log onto Tidal via Roon

I’ve been away from home for 6 weeks and have just returned. When I try to log into Tidal via Roon, I get the message:’Bad username or password’. However, I know the Tidal username and password are correct because I can log on To Tidal using the iOS app, and via the web. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Simon
