Hi Magnus

Odd, your cores IP is missing from the error message. It would normally be listed.

Can you access your core via a browser with the IP below the error message. I can see you can via the Roon app.

No, I cannot. Error message saying it’s not a valid web adress.

I just broke my setup by changing my cores static IP. My error message also didn’t show the cores IP. So I guess that’s normal now

It indicates to me you don’t have UPnP enabled nor a valid port forwarding rule.

Can you access your router settings and check for both. Screenshots may help.

Is the FortiGate 30E your ISP device. Do you have any other WiFi/router devices?

I have a number of Ruckus Unleashed APs connected to the router via Ethernet. And yes, FortGate is the sole router

Take a look at this on youtube.

The FortiGate 30E doesn’t support UPnP so it’s manual setup you’ll need.

There are quite a few on YouTube that should assist you.

The FortiGate firewalls can be a trickier setup than on others.
